During my journey and since returning home, I’ve been doing plenty of research and have been in contact with a few people and organisations who I’d like to thank for all their support and reassurance. It’s a community I’m so pleased to be a part of as everyone has welcomed me with such open arms. I urge you to go to the links below to see what they do and hope you can join the pride!
PAL is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to raise awareness through their iconic bracelet. The money raised contributes towards fundamental programs that need to execute the right goals for the wild lion populations. PAL’s team includes Rohan Marley, who has given permission for Bob Marley’s Lion of Zion to appear as their logo and on the bracelets, which can be purchased here. I’m are lucky to have received support from PAL for my story and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.
CACH is a registered wildlife charity and public benefit organisation. They are a group of volunteers who campaign together to secure a ban on captive breeding of lions for the canned hunting industry.
